GPiLEARN is a learning management system (LMS) that provides online
blended learning solutions. Our vast content of thousands of power plant lessons
and exams can be accessed from GPiLEARN’s online portal. GPiLEARN also allows
clients to create their own site-specific training documents using GP’s extensive
library of power plant content. This site-specific information can be created by
your staff or ours. Your company can also create blended learning curriculums for
users and access all their training material in one convenient location.

What do I need to access the training?
Certain software downloads and minimum computer requirements are needed to launch
online training courses. Please view the GPiLEARN technical requirements
page to learn more about our requirements.

Do you have standard reports managers can access?
GPiLEARN contains numerous standard reports for managers and supervisors.

Will this replace our current training program?
Our online training courseware was developed to complement your current training
programs. GP realizes that the most effective training and qualification programs
use a blended learning approach including qualification programs,
instructor-led classes, site-specific information, and online training.
GP offers
training assistance to help you design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective
training solutions that will fit your needs.

What does the learning management system (LMS) do?
The LMS will help administrators and managers assign and track the progress of your
employees. Administrators or managers can assign particular courses of interest
to each employee or let users select the courses they would like to complete. Your
team can run reports to see what courses/exams users have taken, the score of the
exams, and what users have left to complete. Instructor-led courses, structured
OJT, and other types of “blended” training can also be assigned and
tracked through your own customized web site.

Can GP’s content be purchased and loaded on our server?
GP’s content can be purchased and integrated into your company’s learning
management system. GP will work with you to ensure that this integration is a smooth
process.

Can GP’s content be customized to be site-specific?
GP’s “off-the-shelf” content can be customized to be site-specific.
Your company can modify our courseware to match your equipment and processes instead
of re-inventing the wheel.

What language versions are available on GPiLEARN?
All of the GPiLEARN training programs are available in English. GP is currently
working on developing the content into a Spanish version. If you are interested
in additional language versions contact GP and let us know.
