“Although in its infancy, I believe the partnership between General Physics
and Bismarck State College is an indicator of the quality of the GPiLEARN programs
and BSC Power Plant Technology Degree program. For years General Physics and Bismarck
State College have been independently providing superior Power Plant Operations
training throughout the industry. In addition, General Physics has grown to become
one of the preferred internal online Operations training providers while Bismarck
State College is now recognized as the National Energy Center of Excellence for
Higher Education. This partnership provides employees with opportunities to further
their education and career by utilizing their required company training program
(GPiLEARN) to develop in their field and achieve a college degree. Benefits are
experienced by the company and employee, perhaps even separating them from their
competition.”
